How to obtain

Durandal
Search the wreckage beneath Briar Sloughs' broken bridge during The Cursed Chasm.
Imbued Sword of St. Mihai
Finish Forge It Anew and its final empowering ritual; the restored sword is an earlier state.
Erkas's Sword
Defeat Erkas in The Champion of Old, then search his remains.
Gladius
After defeating the Beast of Balaur, reach the upper lair chest.
The Vrakhir
During The Night of Horrors, search the body twice at the crypt intersection after the undead encounter.
The Hand of Fate
Bring the Cathedral Treasury's Stone Key into A Hero's End. Open the stone chest in the lower kobold chamber.
The Kingslayer
Follow the Riverbank treasure map and dig up its cache; bring a shovel.
The Purge
Ask the Silver Trader in Svartrau City; availability and price need checking.
The Prizewinner
Visit the Uriash Hermit after starting Forge It Anew or A Bulwark Against Darkness.
The Runner-Up
Check the Svartrau swordsmith near the cathedral; stock can vary.
Armor
Ambrus's Cuirass
Defeat Ambrus in The Gilded Gauntlet and check the resulting loot.
Bakir's Armour
During The Lunar Game, kill Bakir outright and loot his body. The guide distinguishes this from draining him.
Isbrand's Plate
During Hive and Seek, search the chest in Isbrand's chamber before leaving. This is optional loot, not an automatic quest reward.
Coat of Darkened Scales
Search Tiny Dancer's upstairs chest, or the Rockfalls – Split Rock treasure.
Ancient Hero's Armour
Progress through A Hero's End beneath Svartrau. After the final miniboss, loot the coffin at the back of the room.
Ancient Greaves
At the Font of Life in Stronger Than Achilles, choose to destroy it. The other choices give different outcomes.
Ancient Footwear
In Bloodied Dagger's final room, collect the Ritual Dagger and use Compel Soul on the corpse beside the sealed chest.
Mercenary's Boots
The guide lists a rebel-headquarters armourer, but its place name differs from local data; the exact location remains unconfirmed.
Wolven Bracers
Follow Of Wolves and Men's blood trail into the wolf cave; search its chest.
Ancient Hero's Vambraces
Search the Uriashi corpse during Xanthe's Transports: When Two Dogs…
Vrakhiric Bracers
After Bakir's Lunar Game encounter, search the Lunar Manor treasury chest.
Mercenary's Vambraces
Check Tantari's armourer; the bracers may be absent from current stock.

The Relic of St. Dasius
During The Cycle of Love, use the lanterns to open the upper-right courtyard room in Xanthe's manor.
Fear of the Wilds
During Burrow Sorrows, clear the kobolds and search the cave chest. The amulet is separate from the charm on the wooden pillar.
The Shredder
The guide lists a Soldier Picket chest after Infamy level 2; the specific picket still needs verification.
Ring of Quick Strikes
Find the Scholar's Map and Key in western Rockfalls. Follow The Highland Grave into the ruins and open the container behind the locked door.
